The medium ruby-tinged 2004 Pinot Noir Pisoni Vineyard possesses sweet, complex notes of forest floor, black cherries, raspberries, and currants. It reveals the creamiest texture as well as the finest follow through from the attack, mid-palate, and finish. By Pisoni’s standards, it’s more delicate and elegant than usual, and should provide plenty of pleasure over the next 3-4 years. –Robert Parker
