The 2003 Hyde Vineyard Pinot Noir boasts aromas of blackberry, sandalwood, dark chocolate and vanilla with hints of violets and black plum. The flavors are cherry, blackberry and cola with fresh spices and mocha undertones, showing nice depth and textures as well as sweet tannins, producing a fine grained wine with lots of supple textures, a rich and deep mouth feel and a long lasting berrylike finish.
