Powerful aromas of smoky clove and plum are intermixed with raspberry pie in the 2004 Pisoni Vineyard Pinot Noir. The mouth has rich, integrated flavors - compote of raspberry, rhubarb and currant jam.  Super ripe, sweet tannins and a hint of fennel give depth and persistence to the finish of this deep, dark, inky black behemoth of a Pinot.
