The 2005 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir has a red fruit bouquet of bing cherry and raspberry and is overlayed with mulling spice, immediately present upon swirling the glass. Aromas are accentuated with notes of cedar, vanilla bean, and sandalwood. Flavors of cassis, spice, and vanilla afford a silky texture and long, round mouth feel complimented by lively acidity and fine tannins.
