  1. What months will I receive a Salon Society shipment?

    You can expect to receive four shipments each year in the months of February, April, September and November.

  2. How do I update my membership information (address, phone number, credit card, and email address)?

    You may log-in to your account in our on-line Wine Shop at www.PatzHall.com using your email address and password. Once you have successfully logged in to the system, click on "My Account/Reorder" to update your information.

    If you would prefer to speak directly with a Patz & Hall representative to update your membership information, you are welcome to call us anytime toll-free at 877.265.6700. Alternatively, you can send an email to info@PatzHall.com.

  3. How will I know what wines are included in my upcoming shipment? When can I expect to receive the shipment?

    Approximately two weeks prior to each shipment, Patz & Hall will send Salon Society members a Shipment Update via email. The email will let you know what wines are included in the shipment, as well as the shipment date and anticipated delivery date.

    You may also check the Shipment Schedule on our website to get a preview of what's to come in future shipments.

  4. What if I am going to be away on business or vacation when a shipment is scheduled to be sent out?

    If you are going to be out of town during a scheduled delivery, we are happy to hold that shipment until you return. Please contact us toll-free at 877.265.6700 or send an email to info@PatzHall.com and let us know your preferred shipment date.

    *Please note: Future ship dates must be received one week prior to the scheduled wine shipment.

  5. How will my wines be shipped?

    Shipments to Salon Society members will be sent via FedEx Ground. Members can expect to receive their wine within three days. If you would prefer to have your wine shipped via UPS, please contact us toll-free at 877.265.6700 or send an email to info@PatzHall.com and let us know.

  6. What if I am not home when UPS or FedEx attempt to deliver my wine?

    UPS and FedEx require that an adult 21 years of age or older be present to sign for all wine packages - unfortunately, there is no way to get around this law. Delivery will be attempted three times before being returned to Patz & Hall. We highly recommend shipping to a business address when possible, to ensure delivery is made on the first attempt.

  7. I am concerned about the current weather in my area. Can I delay my wine club shipment?

    We want to ensure that the integrity of your wine is not compromised in transit. If you are concerned about extreme cold or warm temperatures in your area, we are happy to hold your shipments until the weather subsides.
