2021 Hyde Vineyard Chardonnay
This Chardonnay is from blocks planted for Patz & Hall in 1997 and 1999 using the famous “Hyde-Wente” selection of Chardonnay. The 2021 vintage is aromatically elegant, full of classic Hyde Vineyard traits of white flower, Honey Dew melon, orange zest, dried apricot, and cinnamon poached pear. On the palate the wine offers lime peel, butter almond cookie, cedar, and fennel seed. This wine has wonderfully fresh acidity that is contrasted by startling deep, rich textures, a seeming contradiction, found in only the greatest Chardonnays.Wine Enthusiast - Russian River Valley
2020 Sanchietti Vineyard Pinot Noir
Fresh, juicy and vibrant, this wine opens with a kaleidoscope of brandied cherry, rhubarb-strawberry, pomegranate and clove spice. 2020 Little Boot Vineyard Pinot Noir
This young vineyard, planted in 2012, is improving every year as it enters “adolescence.” The 2020 shows energetic aromas of raspberry, dried rose petal, ginger, pomegranate, and Redwood Forest floor. Generously ripe, supple smooth tannins are shot through with mouthwatering acidic streaks. Echoes of black cherry and orange peel nestle amongst sweet fine-grained textures that expand across the palate, gaining depth and persistence. Juicy and unctuous, the flavors keep pumping to a long and supple finish. - Russian River Valley
2020 Jenkins Ranch Pinot Noir
The 2020 Jenkins Ranch is a blend of 80% Dijon Clone #677 and 20% Dijon Clone #777. The 2020 delivers mulled Luxardo cherry, dried rose, dark chocolate, blueberry, along with the typical Jenkins hint of salty, ocean air. The tannins are incredibly smooth coating and rich. A densely layered mid-palate extends through a refreshing and brightly fruited finish. Though exceptionally rich and full, this 2020 is tempered with enough mouthwatering acidity to keep the marvelously complex flavors cleansing. 2020 Hyde Vineyard Pinot Noir
This iconic site consistently delivers one of the most elegant and refined Pinots in our portfolio. The 2020 vintage is more robust and richer than typical, providing layers of red currants, cassis, and Bing cherries along with a lifted purity and freshness that supports elegant and cleansing acidity. The nose is filled with the Hyde Vineyard signature dried rose petals and cardamom/cinnamon spice. The mouth has great depth of texture and flavor, showing composed, refined tannins that are knit together with strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of cocoa and five spice powder. 2020 Bootlegger's Hill Pinot Noir
This one-time moonshiner site, deep in the Sonoma Coast hills, was planted by Charlie Chenoweth to a large array of high-quality Pinot Noir selections. The nose is filled with bright muddled cherry, Five Spice, Redwood forest floor and dried cranberry. The palate is full of sweetly textured coating tannins that are rich and full while also elegant. Rich and fruit forward in the mouth, cascades of bright acid enliven the ripe peach and spicy pear flavors, driving the mouthwatering and exquisitely fresh and pure finish. 2019 Moses-Hall Vineyard Carneros Napa Pinot Noir
The Moses-Hall vineyard is in one of the coolest areas of Carneros, close to San Pablo Bay. The constant winds keep it cool, and the well-draining gravelly soils stress the vines and concentrate the flavors. Those aromas and flavors are on full display with soft red fruit notes and an earthy-savory counterpoint. - Sonoma Coast
2019 Jenkins Ranch Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
The 2019 delivers black cherry, cranberry, dried carnation flower, Mexican chocolate-cinnamon, tamari/soy sauce, and dried orange peel, along with a hint of salty, ocean air. The tannins are rich, creamy and densely layered with an opulent and fleshy mid-palate that extends through a full and flavorful finish. This Chardonnay is floral, fruity, rich and crisp. The nose shows lemon citrus zest, cardamom-clove notes, fresh peach and apricot along with a touch of distant campfire smoke notes before revealing Honeysuckle and spicy carnations. 2019 Alder Springs Vineyard Mendocino Pinot Noir
This wine has a high-mountainside wine structure of firm, dense tannins with complex aromas of dried rose petal, cranberry, and pomegranate with a hint of dried sage. 2016 North Coast Rosé Sparkling Wine
The nose opens with complex aromas of dried rose, spicy red apple, strawberry, toffeecaramel, yeasty brioche and toasted almond. The palate is fresh and assertive with loads of bright acidity adding juiciness and precision to the fresh fruit impression. 2016 North Coast Blanc de Blanc Brut
The nose opens with complex aromas of yeasty brioche, hints of orange blossom, and ocean air, toasted almond and toffee. The palate is fresh, crisp, and assertive, with loads of mouthwatering acidic precision. This Extra Brut is bottled with only 4 g/L grams of dosage. This very low level of dosage is only possible with careful blending, and extended aging on the yeast. The mouthfeel is uncompromisingly dry, at once rich and dense while maintaining a focused beam of acidity through the long and layered finish.Wine Spectator
