2019 Moses-Hall Vineyard Carneros Pinot Noir
The Moses-Hall vineyard is in one of the coolest areas of Carneros, close to San Pablo Bay. The constant winds keep it cool, and the well-draining gravelly soils stress the vines and concentrate the flavors. Those aromas and flavors are on full display with soft red fruit notes and an earthy-savory counterpoint. - Sonoma Coast
2018 Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Eighteen small, independent family-owned vineyard sites come together in this gorgeous display of Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. This is an approachable Pinot Noir showing alluring freshness and purity. The nose displays intense aromas of Bing cherry, strawberry, dried rose petal and licorice notes. Nicely dense and full on the palate, the fresh acidity and bright red fruit flavors resolve on a juicy, detailed finish. 2019 Chenoweth Ranch Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
Chenoweth Ranch is planted to a mix of Dijon clones that deliver one of the juiciest, richest wines in our single vineyard lineup. Complex aromas of cinnamon, five spice powder, dried cranberry, licorice, and damp forest floor leap from the glass. Dried lavender and aromatic cedar introduce supple, enrobed tannins that make for a full, mouth filling wine while maintaining a sleek Russian River Valley purity. 2019 Jenkins Ranch Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
The 2019 delivers black cherry, cranberry, dried carnation flower, Mexican chocolate-cinnamon, tamari/soy sauce, and dried orange peel, along with a hint of salty, ocean air. The tannins are rich, creamy and densely layered with an opulent and fleshy mid-palate that extends through a full and flavorful finish. Though exceptionally rich and full, this 2019 is tempered with enough mouthwatering acidity to keep the marvelously complex flavors cleansing and refreshing. 2019 is a scintillating version of Jenkins Ranch Pinot Noir. - Sonoma Coast
2021 Sonoma Coast Rosé of Pinot Noir
This Rosé of Pinot Noir shows a light copper-pink color with aromas of dried Bing cherry, spicy carnation blossom, lime peel essence and toasty/yeasty overtones from the sur lie aging. The palate is crisp, elegant, and smoothly textured with mouthwatering acidity that is focused and mineral driven on a bone-dry finish. - Russian River Valley
2018 Sanchietti Vineyard Pinot Noir Russian River Valley
Rich and inviting, this wine’s aromas open with black cherry, strawberry, black pepper and dark chocolate. Notes of blackberry and plum weave on the palate and meld with hints of fennel and something evocative of salty ocean spray. The wine is deep, dense and full-bodied. - Russian River Valley
2017 Burnside Vineyard Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
Shockingly low yields are essential to achieving proper ripeness in this very cool vineyard. Complex and inviting aromas of caramel candy/toffee, cardamom and licorice spice fold into dried strawberry, red cherry and mocha notes. 2018 Moses-Hall Vineyard Carneros Pinot Noir
Year after year, this lovingly cultivated vineyard continues to evolve, yielding evermore complex wines. This site produces wines with a rare combination of savory and fruity aromas and flavors, a trait often associated with the finest Pinot Noirs. 2018 is showing more red fruits, such as cherry and cranberry alongside the typically, earthy/savory profile of Moses-Hall. This young vineyard, planted in 2012, is improving every year as it enters “adolescence.” The 2018 shows intense and energetic aromas of dried cherry, crushed mint and carnation flower. Taut, nervy and mouthwatering, the fine-grained textures expand across the palate, gaining depth and persistence as the refreshing acidity brings the finish to a juicy resolution. 2017 Bootlegger's Hill Russian River Valley Pinot Noir
This one-time moonshiner site, deep in the Sonoma Coast hills was planted by Charlie Chenoweth to a large array of high-quality Pinot Noir selections, which add complexity and depth. The nose is filled with bright cherry, blueberry and dried orange peel notes along with a hint of pine and cedar. Textured and elegant, the layers of flavor keep revealing themselves as the wines sits in the glass. This may be one of the best Patz & Hall Pinot Noirs of the 2017 vintage.Wine & Spirits - Mendocino
2017 Alder Springs Vineyard Mendocino Pinot Noir
The 2017 Pinot Noir has a high-mountainside wine structure of firm, dense tannins with complex aromas of dried rose petals, cranberry and pomegranate with a hint of dried sage. It is showing a juicy acid balance along with smooth sweet tannins which mingle seamlessly with spicy red fruits and five-spice powder. 18% of the wine was fermented as 100% whole cluster in a separate lot, adding a savory, fine herb trace. Like many of the greatest vintages from Alder Springs, this promises a long, fascinating evolution in the cellar.Wine Enthusiast
