The 2021 Jenkins Ranch is a blend of 80% Dijon Clone #677 and 20% Dijon Clone #777. Exceptionally pure red cherry fruit and cassis cascades to a finely grained tannin on the palate. Aromas of citrus rind, dried cranberries and bees wax augment complexity. The sweet-fruited core flows across the mouth, resolving with lovely purity on an extraordinarily long and detailed finish. Though exceptionally rich and full, this 2021 is tempered with enough mouthwatering acidity to keep the marvelously complex flavors cleansing. Super companion to roast duck or pork loin.
