Blend:
53% Clone #76 Chardonnay from the acclaimed Gap’s Crown Vineyard, 32% Chardonnay from the oldest vines at
Dutton Ranch-Mill Station Vineyard (planted in the late 1970’s), and 15% from Green Valley Vineyard owned by the Sanchietti family.
Aging:
95% aged in Stainless Steel to retain freshness and purity. 5% aged in 600L neutral barrels.
