Russian River Valley
2021 Little Boot Vineyard Pinot Noir
This young vineyard, planted in 2012, is improving every year as it enters “adolescence.” The deep red-blue color is alluring, as are the opulent spice and wild blackberry tones. Nearly heady in aroma, there is a confected gumdrop note along with lavender, allspice and lemongrass plus a subtle whiff of agave. Truly complex and compelling. The dense tannins balance the rounded fruit generosity. A complete wine.
